Each new trainer ships with one of the Slotted Cone Cups installed on the non-drive side of the trainer. These will fit most nutted axles and track bikes. This cone cup is designed to work best when used with the Kinetic Skewer included in the box with every trainer. Be sure to place the cam-end of the skewer in the slotted cone cup.
